Urs Fisher  (born 1973) is a Swiss contemporary artist living in New York and Los Angeles His work is included in many important public and private collections worldwide. Despite his youth, Fischer is already a veteran on the contemporary art scene. He put on his first solo exhibition in the Galerie Walcheturm as long ago as 1996, and ever since then he’s been turning up at key points on the ‘contemporary art grand tour,’ from Amsterdam to New York, with stops inLondon, Ljubljana, and Venice
